BritAvo Delivery Policy

At BritAvo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-7 working days, depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Attempts

We understand that life gets busy, so we try to make delivery as flexible as possible.

First Attempt

If we arrive and you are not at home, don’t worry - we will automatically arrange a second delivery attempt at no extra cost.

Second Attempt

If you are not available again, a third delivery attempt will be chargeable. The fee will depend on your location and order size, and we will inform you before arranging it.

 

Delivery Notifications

We will always give you a heads‑up before your delivery, so you have time to:

• Contact us
• Change your delivery date
• Adjust your delivery time slot

This helps ensure your order arrives when it’s most convenient for you.
